Kramer-Marks Architects was founded in 1977 by William E. Kramer after leaving a ten year employment with a large architectural firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

George Marks joined the firm in 1980, which makes this firm one of the longest lasting architectural relationships in the Philadelphia area. Since then, Kramer-Marks Architects has built a respected reputation within the profit, non-profit and developer communities thoughout the United States.
