Allegheny Ski Shop, Lansdale, Pennsylvania: Renovations and addition to existing residential structure to convert it into retail space. Through value engineering and redesign of client's original proposal, we were able to bring the project within budget.
Dover Commons, Dover, Delaware: Ongoing leasing documentation and tenant fit-outs for various tenants and mall management.
Feasterville Shopping Center, Feasterville, Pennsylvania: Facade renovation of existing 20,000 square foot strip shopping center.
Fornance Street Shopping Center, Norristown, Pennsylvania: New convenience center of 20,000 square feet.
The Bridge at Foxcroft Square, Jenkintown, Pennsylvania: Design and store layouts for various tenants including: Allure Men's Shop, Mother & Child Maternity, Art Works
Germantown Venango Farmers' Market, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Conversion of vacant multi-level firehouse into one floor Farmers' Market with food court on the mezzanine and storage in the basement.
Lancaster Dress Company, Cinnaminson, New Jersey: Interior and exterior renovations for retail operation's corporate offices, distribution, warehousing facilities as well as retail outlet.
Lancaster Dress Company, Feasterville, Pennsylvania: Renovations to strip center containing numerous stores including Lancaster Dress. Design changed roof profile and introduced two towers as focal points. Work included redesign of site to enhance appeal of center.
Lancaster Dress Company, Quakerbridge, New Jersey: New retail center of 17,000 square feet and parking lot on US Route 1. Center includes Pier 1 and Lancaster Dress. Design includes the building's exterior and site as well as new image look for store's interior.
Lancaster Dress Company, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania: Exterior renovations for increased visibility.
Lancaster Dress Company, Williamstown, New Jersey:Facade renovations for strip center owned by Lancaster Dress. Center contained several stores to create a fashion design center on a limited budget.
Lancaster Dress Company, WynnewoodW, Pennsylvania:Interior and exterior design for store in existing strip center. Approximately 6,000 square feet of retail space finished in a natural wood interior.
Mayfair Shopping Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Conversion of an abandoned bowling alley into 100,000 square foot retail strip shopping center as well as the construction of two additional structures..
Moorestown Mall, Moorestown, New Jersey:Ongoing projects for management offices and tenants. Information Kiosk. Preparation of tenant leasing documents and GLA calculations for over 1 million square feet of GLA. Continuing tenant design. Mall improvement and development studies for JMB Properties Co. Tenants' work includes Oriental Delight, Woolworth's, John's Hallmark, Wig-A-Do, Turkes, Merle Norman, Stern's.
Pottstown RR Restaurant and Shopping Complex, Pottstown, Pennsylvania: Conversion of abandoned 8,000 square foot railroad station to restaurant and shops, plus addition of 30,000 square foot retail area and parking.
Shaker Heights Retail and Service, Chalfont, Pennsylvania: For Accurate Furniture, Inc. retail stores and furniture repair services. 12,000 square feet at a cost of $300,000 including site work.
Shop 'n Bag, West Chester, Pennsylvsnia: Expansion to existing store to provide additional sales warehouse areas. The front includes a new 70 foot skylight over the check-out area creating a dramatic entrance for the store. On the exterior, it provides a strong visual anchor to the adjacent shopping center. Store remained in operation during construction.
Williamstown Shopping Center, Williamstown, New Jersey:Facade renovation of existing 15,6000 square foot shopping center for increased visibility from highway.
Wyndmoor Shopping Center, Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania: Redesign of facade and canopy for existing strip center to improve its image.
