Community Planning: Kramer-Marks Architects has worked on Community Planning for over 25 years. We work closely with our clients to survey and layout entire communities. We create hand drawn and computer generated renderings of the entire planning area to allow our clients to visualize the final project. We are currently working on the planning work for Jefferson Square. This project consists of the revitalization of a six square block neighborhood in South Philadelphia, through the construction of new units and rehabilitation of existing ones, as well as needed infrastructure improvements.
