William E. Kramer, AIA, Principal: 40 years experience with projects ranging from small-scale residential to million square foot plus regional shopping malls. Scope of work has covered the Public, Private and Institutional sectors. Mr. Kramer's work experience has included holding the position of Vice President of Greene Development and MKT Construction Management. The experience as both a Developer and Contractor rounds out and balances an extensive architectural background. Additionally, Mr. Kramer is involved in the community, serving as Township Supervisor for Whitmarsh Township, Pennsylvania. His seasoned background also includes his 20+ years of experience on municipal planning boards. George Marks, AIA, Principal: Over 23 years of experience in design and construction. Mr. Marks is a guest faculty member for Neighborhood Reinvestment, Inc. lecturing nationally for the Neighborhood Reinvestment Training Institute involving issues concerning architectural design in communities. Mr. Marks has seventeen years experience as project manager/construction manager on commercial, institutional & residential projects dealing with the private sector as well as governmental clients. His project experience includes institutional, rehabilitations, multi-phase and commercial projects. Sarina Rose, Associate: With almost a decade of experience in architecture, Sarina brings to Kramer-Marks a true talent for design. Sarina earned her Bachelors of Architecture from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her diverse project experience ranges from commercial and retail to affordable housing and historical projects. She is proficient in the latest version of AutoCAD including 3D and is a talented renderer. Sarina is a natural leader as a project manager; her knowledge and skill reflect dozens of successful projects. Michael S. Wheeler, Associate: Michael too brings almost a decade of architectural experience to Kramer-Marks. Michael earned his Bachelors in Architecture from Cathloic University of America in Washington D.C. His project experience is also diverse, from large automall complexes to industrial and commercial facilities to affordable housing. Michael is also fluent in the latest release of AutoCad including 3D.
